Growing in Love and Wisdom: Tibetan Buddhist Sources for Christian Meditation

Through 15 Tibetan Buddhist contemplative practices that have been adapted for Christian use, Stabile offers spiritual direction that closely parallels the teachings of Jesus and the Buddha.
